Chill for 60 minutes in our re-closeable zipper pouch, always check pack temperature before application. Apply for 1 minute and remove. Remove the cover and press to the affected area. Yes! Muscle PainSticker were designed to be reused over and over again. ALWAYS reapply the back cover before re-chilling. Remember to apply to clean, dry skin. This will keep your sticky-gel ready for the next use.
For best results chill Muscle PainSticker cold pack for at least 30 minutes in the freezer. If chilled for longer than 4 hours, allow the Muscle PainSticker cold pack to sit for several minutes until the desired temperature is achieved before applying to skin.
Maximum recommended cold therapy session should not exceed 10 minutes. We recommend starting with 1 minute and Slowly increase chill & application times. Always wait at least 30 minutes between sessions.
No, it shouldn’t. There’s no “tape,” so there should be no residual residue once removed. Occasionally, you might find small bits of our unique sticky gel, and you can remove those by rubbing skin gently.
If for any reason you apply PAINCAKES to oily skin, or PAINCAKES are not sticking firmly: Clean under luke-warm water, use your index finger (1-5 seconds) to rinse clean the sticky-gel. Allow to air dry fully, then replace cover. Refreeze.

We do not recommend using Muscle PainSticker during a workout! The chill effect has the ability to “numb” an area, making it susceptible to injury.
