Only had this for a 10 days and it has really made a difference. This is a great tool that I bought for me and hubby. We both have lots of issues on our body that case a lot of pain. We both have shoulder and neck tensions. This massager works really well without any issues. It was quite simple to use and the pressure can be set by how much pressure you want by applying upwards or downwards motion.

Like a lacrosse ball, but a little bigger. Definitely works at getting out knots in certain areas. Look up YouTube videos to help identify pressure points and landmarks. Overall a good product, but slightly overpriced.
