   I like the size of the activfreeze roller compared to my standard foam roller — that one is too long for my new, small house but this is right-sized. vibrate is okay, simulating some of the tools that my chiropractor uses on me. My only criticism is that it is a little harder than my foam roller, which is a bit more comfortable to lay on.
