Massage gun is a neuromuscular percussion therapy device. It is good for relieving stiff muscle, fatigue, soreness, nodule and etc. The is perfect device for athletes, outdoor activity enthusiast or people who suffer from substantial muscle pain.
Up to 1 hour depending on the vibration frequency.
We recommend 12-15 mins per session.
To provide such massage frequency and amplitude, we have built a viration mechanision with industrial standard to support the device. Certain level of sound intensity is inevitable which will increase with increasing vibration frequency. Don’t worry.
Power of Massage gun
Step 1: Find the trigger point of soreness.
Step 2: Do not directly point the massage gun to the trigger. Start 20cm away from the trigger point. Move slowly and gently along towards the trigger point and pause at the trigger point for 15-20 seconds.
Step 3: Repeat step 2 until your muscle groups feel better. Swap to a cone-shaped attachment if you think the massage cannot reach the deep tissue.
Our massage gun is a revolutionary application of percussion therapy. By targeting areas of body with concentrated, high-frequency pulses of pressure, it accelerates and enhances the repair of deep muscle tissues. This enhances the flow of blood to different critical areas, allowing for pain relief and subsequently improving function and range of motion.
It also provides a gentle stretch that in turn enhances flexibility, performance, and physical response.

With traditional massage, human hands may not be able to penetrate those hard to reach areas and thus not take care of the root problem. Furthermore, it is sometimes even too painful to bear. With percussion therapy, you don’t experience the pain, only relief.
Since percussion therapy is utilized to aggressively work and treat deep-tissue muscles, it helps to increase blood circulation and oxygen distribution to various parts of your body, especially on the local topical area. This decreases post-workout muscle pain and cramps, which accelerates the body’s ability to heal and recover.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is very versatile with 6 levels of massage frequency and 4 different massage Fit-tach. While it is a bit loud during operation, I think it is acceptable and I use it a lot, especially after my running training. Really help relax my muscle.

This is a very nice product. I tried Theragun before and I think function wise and sound intensity is pretty similar. However this comes at almost half price which is really a good value for money.

Love this gun but as I used in my physical therapy, I am frustrated by the battery in that it needs a charge 2 x per day. I know it would be normal for people who just use it on their own. Luckily, it provided two batteries more.

I just got the activfreeze and I love it. I wanted something with power and the hyper volt seemed too soft. It works well, and it’s easy to find spots that I didn’t know were in need of TLC🤑. After a few days of using it, I can already see improvements and better flexibility. That’s important to me since my game isn’t about strength and I’m an old fart at 46.
It’s fun the to see people’s reactions when they try it for the first time… most would be more comfortable in a private room. My coach wants one badly. Gonna have to see if I can get a group to pitch in for his birthday (maybe the Activ Smart as a cheaper option).

I own a hypervolt, personally think that compare to the activfreeze it doesn’t massage quite as deep as this one. The vibration feel is a bit different. Hypervolt has a better battery and sound was not the same (don’t really matter). YET, THE PRICE WAS ½ LESS! Happy to save my wallet.
