After-sale Service
We offer one-year warranty for all products under ActivFreeze. Procedure to request for repair is as follows:
- Please email our support team: [email protected]
- Please send through related pictures and descriptions of the problem.
- Our team will review and offer the repair solution.
Please note that the overall process will take 3-10 business days. If any new parts/devices will be delivered, it will follow our normal delivery process.
Some damages are not eligible for warranty service at all; for example, if your device broke into multiple pieces which is not due to normal usage. ActivFreeze reserves the right to determine whether your product is eligible.
If your device is already out of warranty, additional charges might be incurred for our after-sale service. Our support team will guide you through and come up with the repairing cost with you. Thanks!
